How to brighten your face with milk.

1. How to use milk and lemon. 

The vitamin c and citric acid in the lemon works together for skin lightening.

  • Soak a slice lemon in 1/2 cup of milk for 20 minutes. 
  • After 20 minutes rinse it off with water.
  • Repeat 3 times a week

2How to use milk with honey. 

Honey is antibacterial, it is great for acne treatment. It is also good for slowing down aging. It is a rich in antioxidants  which are beneficial for skin's health.

  • mix one teaspoon of honey with milk
  • Massage the mixure on your face in a circular motion. 
  • Leave it for 20 minutes and wash it off with lukewarm water. 

3. How to use milk with almond. 

Almonds are rich in protein, magnesium, omega and omega-6 fatty acids, zinc, Calcium etc. Almonds are rich in vitamin-E which nourishes and soften skin. It also has so many benefits for skin.

  • Soak 5 or six almonds in water overnight. 
  • Next morning, grind the soaked almonds into a paste. 
  • Add 5 teaspoons milk and mix well
  • Apply the paste on your skin. 
  • Leave it for 30 minutes and rinse it off with lukewarm water. 
Repeat daily for best results. 

4. How to use milk with aloe Vera. 

Aloe Vera helps to treat sunburn. It acts as a moisturizer which prevents skin from drying. It aslo treats acne and hydrates skin.

  • Mix four tablespoons of milk and 2 teaspoons of aloe Vera gel. 
  • Apply the mixture on the skin and leave it for 10 minutes. 
  • Rinse off with cold water.  

5. How to use milk with sandalwood powder. 
Sandalwood powder has anti tanning property which heals the sunburns and clear the skin tanning. It is good for the treatment of acne and pimples. It will also give a clear complexion to your skin.
The combination of milk and sandalwood powder will give you a better experience on your skin.

  • Mix one tablespoon of sandalwood with enough milk. 
  •  Apply the mixture on your skin for 20 minutes.
  • Wash it off with lukewarm water. 
  • Repeat 4 times a week.
