Trick your mind to slow down your age

New research has found that ageing in the brain will be slowed by feeling young. 

A new study seol national University in South Korea shows that feeling younger can improve your physical and mental health. And also slow down the brain ageing.

Using MRI brain scans, researchers found that elderly people who feel younger than their age show fewer signs of brain ageing.

"we found that  people who feel younger have the structural characteristics of a younger brain". Chey said. "importantly, this difference remains robust even when other possible factors including personality, depressive symptoms or cognitive functions, are accounted for."

Experts also says that it is very simple to slow down physical process of aging by eating healthy diet, increase intake vitamin C, avoiding sugar and eating antioxidants rich foods like green tea, tomatoes, blueberries and dark chocolate.

As per the research people who felt younger than their age where more likely to score higher memory test.

"If somebody feels older than their age, it could be the sign for them to evaluate thier life style, habits and activities that could contribute to brain health" said Chey.
